working principle:

The hydraulic oil is made up of a certain pressure by the vane pump, and enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through the oil filter, explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control check valve, and equalizing valve, so that the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves upwards and lifts the weight. The oil return from the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder is returned to the fuel tank through the flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, and its rated pressure is stopped and adjusted through the overflow valve, and the reading value of the pressure gauge is checked through the pressure gauge.

The piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves downwards (not only the heavy objects fall). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the return oil from the lower end of the cylinder returns to the tank through the equalizing valve, hydraulic control check valve, throttle valve, and explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. In order to make the heavy objects fall smoothly and brake safely and reliably, an equalizing valve is installed on the oil return line to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the falling speed will never change due to the heavy objects. The throttle valve adjusts the flow rate and controls the lifting speed. In order to ensure safe and reliable braking and avoid accidents, hydraulic control check valves, namely hydraulic locks, are added to ensure safe self-locking when the hydraulic pipeline bursts unexpectedly. An overload sound-activated alarm is installed to distinguish overload or equipment failure.

Hydraulic oil

The hydraulic oil plays the role of transmitting pressure, smoothing, cooling, and sealing in the hydraulic system. The choice of hydraulic oil is definitely not the main reason for the early failure and durability of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be selected according to the grades specified in the random "Application Statement". When the alternative oil is required to be used under special conditions, the performance should be the same as that of the original grade. Different brands of hydraulic oils cannot be mixed to prevent chemical reactions and performance changes of the hydraulic oils. Dark brown, milky white, and odorous hydraulic oil is metamorphic oil and must not be used.

Avoid mixing of solid impurities into the hydraulic system

Clean hydraulic oil is the life of the hydraulic system. There are many fine parts in the hydraulic system, some with damping holes, some with gaps, etc. If solid impurities invade, it will cause strains, hairpins, oil passage obstructions, etc., which will endanger the safe operation of the hydraulic system. The ways that ordinary solid impurities invade the hydraulic system are: hydraulic oil is absolutely unclean; refueling tools are never clean; refueling and maintenance, carelessness; hydraulic components desquamation, etc.
